FTP Access using CyberDuck

Connecting to the WMG FTP server using CyberDuck is easy. Just follow these instructions.

You’ll need a username and password to log in. Or, you can get the configuration file, which you can request here. These instructions are for using the configuration file.

Cyberduck Instructions:

  1. If you haven’t installed Cyberduck, you can download it here. If you have Cyberduck, skip to step 2.
  2. Download the FTP configuration or SFTP configuration file that we will send you, and save it onto your desktop.
  3. Double-click on the download file.
  4. Cyberduck will open the download file and log you into your FTP account.

Download the FTP configuration or SFTP configuration and save it onto your desktop.

Double-click on the download file.

Cyberduck will open the download file and log you into your FTP account.
